We stand behind every puppy we raise. Our comprehensive health guarantee is backed by rigorous genetic testing, veterinary evaluations, and a lifetime of breeder support.
Every puppy leaves our home with a complete documentation package and the peace of mind that comes from knowing exactly what you're bringing into your family.
Covers illness or communicable disease from date of pickup, subject to vet exam within 72 hours.
Covers life-threatening hereditary genetic conditions from date of birth.
We are available for questions, guidance, and support for the entire life of your dog.
We do not cut corners on health testing. Every dog in our breeding program undergoes a comprehensive panel before any breeding takes place.
Our genetic health guarantee covers life-threatening hereditary conditions for 2 years from the date of birth. Our general health guarantee covers illness or communicable disease for 72 hours from the date of pickup, provided a licensed veterinarian examines the puppy within that window.
The genetic guarantee covers life-altering hereditary conditions that are debilitating or life-threatening and are directly attributable to a genetic defect. This includes conditions such as hereditary cataracts, severe hip dysplasia, and degenerative myelopathy. It does not cover conditions caused by environment, diet, injury, or normal breed characteristics.
If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a covered hereditary condition within the guarantee period, we will offer a replacement puppy of equal value from our next available litter. We do not offer cash refunds. The original puppy may remain with your family — we would never ask you to return a dog you love.
The guarantee is voided if the puppy is not examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup, if the puppy is bred, if ownership is transferred, if the puppy is subjected to abuse or neglect, or if recommended vaccination and veterinary care schedules are not followed.
Mild BOAS is a breed characteristic in French Bulldogs and is not covered. However, we carefully evaluate all breeding dogs for respiratory health and only breed dogs with Grade 0–1 BOAS scores. Severe, surgically-required BOAS in a puppy from our program is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
All pet-quality puppies are sold on AKC Limited Registration and must be spayed or neutered by 12 months of age. Failure to do so voids the health guarantee. Show/breeding rights are available on select puppies at an additional cost.
